Welcome to Serene Stay Ventures. By booking a stay, using our website, or interacting with our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure a transparent, fair, and enjoyable experience for all guests while protecting both parties.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All direct reservations require full payment at the time of booking.
  • We accept all major credit/debit cards and secure payment processors.
  • The individual booking must be at least 21 years old and must stay on the property for the duration of the reservation.
  • Third-party bookings are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing by Serene Stay Ventures.
  • A $27 non-refundable insurance coverage fee applies per stay to protect against accidental damage.
  • A $50 refundable security deposit is held and released within 7 days of checkout, provided no damages or policy violations occur.

3. Check-In, Check-Out & Guest Responsibilities

  • Self check-in is available via smart lock; guests receive a unique code prior to arrival.
  • Check-in and check-out times are listed in your booking confirmation.
  • Guests are expected to leave the property in tidy condition, respecting quiet hours and occupancy limits.
  • No pets, smoking, or parties allowed.
  • Guests agree to use the property only for lawful vacation purposes.

4. User Rights & Responsibilities

When using our website or booking systems, guests agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful information at all times.
  • Refrain from uploading or sharing any unlawful, offensive, or misleading content.
  • Not attempt to access restricted areas or interfere with website security.
  • Not reproduce, distribute, or exploit content, text, or images from our site without permission.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or block users who violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Serene Stay Ventures website—including text, images, design elements, and logos—is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, modify, or reproduce any material without express written consent from Serene Stay Ventures.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

All content, materials, and services provided through this website are made available “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of all content at all times.

  • Consequential or incidental damages arising from your use of the property or our services.

Guests assume full responsibility for personal safety, belongings, and compliance with all property rules.

8. Indemnification

Guests agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Serene Stay Ventures, its owners, employees, and partners from and against all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Guest negligence, misconduct, or rule violations.
  • Breach of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Photo & Video Consent

By staying at Serene Stay Ventures, guests grant permission for any voluntarily shared images, reviews, or social media posts that tag our brand to be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
Private or identifying content will not be used without your explicit consent.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting us directly at info@serenestayventures.com or (772) 271-7055.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida in accordance with Florida law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
